Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer
The role of the CFO/COO is to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s fiscal and administrative functions and performance in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory organizations. As the COO he/she is responsible for oversight of the functions of the Chapter operations and acts on behalf of the CEO when he/she is not available.

Executive Assistant/Officer Manager
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager provides administrative support to the CEO and the CFO/COO. The position may also provide support to other members of the leadership team when needed. He/she also acts as liaison to the Board of Directors. The position provides support to the Foundation as the office manager, overseeing supplies and building maintenance as well as managing the outsourced IT contractor. As supervisor to the Receptionist, this position acts as reception back-up so is often the first impression with our constituents—donors, volunteer and wish families. Excellent and friendly customer service is a must.
