A 9-year-old who battled cancer will get to go on the trip of a lifetime and live out his dream to spend time with a dream cowboy.
After battling lymphoma for two years, William's doctor said he is cancer-free at his check-up in February. And to celebrate, Make-A-Wish Arizona is sending William, his 12 siblings, and parents to the Tanque Verde Ranch for a week.

Keyla was born with congenital abnormalities and doctors didn't give her much hope. Keyla, along with her parents and older brother traveled to Disney to meet her favorite characters and throughout the five days she was there she was the star of the show. After this experience her parents hope Keyla improves on her treatment and has a better quality of life.

A very special Valley family is on their way to Houston for a Make-A-Wish Arizona trip of a lifetime on Southwest Airlines. Jadin's love of sea turtles is the reason they're all heading to The Lone Star State. Jadin's doctor recommended her as a Make-A-Wish candidate because lived with cystic fibrosis her entire life, and has to endure medical treatments every day. On her trip, Jadin will have the chance to become a zookeeper for the day, helping to care for sea turtles.

To celebrate the grand opening of its first Downtown Phoenix location, Dunkin' Donuts is offering 50 cent cups of medium hot and iced coffee from Wednesday, Jan. 11 to Friday, Jan. 13. For each sale of medium hot and iced coffee, 100 percent of the proceeds during the first three days will be donated to Make-A-Wish Arizona.

When 7-year-old Vonn was thinking of his wish, he could only think of one: He wished to meet Santa Claus. Diagnosed with a hematologic disorder, Vonn regularly visits the hospital for blood tests and travels the country meeting specialists. But in mid-December, Make-A-Wish treated Vonn's family to the North Pole Experience in Arizona. He even got a skateboard as an early Christmas present!

Make-A-Wish Arizona always loves new, creative ways to raise funds for future Arizona wish kids. 

Share with us your plans for a fundraiser to benefit Make-A-Wish Arizona by contacting Erin Mortensen, External Events Manager.

Whenever a group or individual is proposing to raise funds for our organization, our national office requires the completion of the Special Event Proposal and Licensing Agreement before you can associate Make-A-Wish with the event, so please contact the chapter to discuss your event idea.
