For a child with a life-threatening medical condition, a wish experience can give back what the illness takes away. It can help children forget about being their physical and emotional distress caused by their illness and bring them hope, strength, and joy.

You can help grant a wish to a local child in your community. There are many ways to ensure the continued mission of granting wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions!

Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to help. We invite you to share the power of a wish® whether you can give a few hours each month or a few days each year.

You can help make the wishes of children come true in your community when you become a volunteer for Make-A-Wish® Arizona. Our mission is only made possible with the dedication and support of our incredible volunteers!

A wish is granted every 40 minutes thanks to our generous donors. You can help to grant wishes today! We welcome all levels of donation, whether it’s a one-time gift, a monthly donation, a donation in honor of a loved-one, workplace giving campaigns, or the establishment of a matching gifts program.

Every wish is a unique and memorable experience for the wish child, the wish family and all those who participate in the wish. And many donors say they began their support of the Make-A-Wish® Arizona and its endearing mission after hearing a child’s memorable wish story.

Now you can help create more heartwarming stories for children with life-threatening medical conditions through Make-A-Wish Arizona’s Adopt-A-Wish® program. This giving option allows donors to fund a single wish experience in its entirety.
