CHARITABLE GIFT ANNUITY
If you are aged 60 or older and make a $10,000 minimum donation through a charitable gift annuity you receive an income for life – and also for a spouse’s lifetime – and obtain a charitable income-tax deduction.
A bequest is one of the most meaningful legacies you can leave with a lasting impact. We suggest including this simple statement in your will language:
I give, devise and bequeath to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona, located at 711 E. Northern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85020 (Federal ID #86-0409636) the sum of $ ____ (or ____%) of my estate for the general purposes and uses of the Foundation at the discretion of the Board of Directors.”

Great news for IRA owners who are aged 70 or older! You can transfer up to $100,000 from your IRA to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona. Charitable transfers can be made from IRA’s only.
