Title: Wish Manager
What did you do before joining Make-A-Wish Arizona: Before joining the Make-A-Wish Arizona team as Wish Manager, I worked for the University of Arizona as an Admissions Counselor, Outreach in the greater Phoenix area. I also previously worked for the Arizona Coyotes as the Community Relations Coordinator/Foundation Intern. Working for this organization has been a dream of mine ever since my junior year of college when I created a wish type experience for one of my residents who was diagnosed with cancer.
Education: I received my Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management. Following graduation, I completed my Masters of Sports Law & Business from the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
About me: Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, I’m thrilled to be joining the Make-A-Wish Arizona team. I love all Arizona sports, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends. I’ve volunteered with the Swift Youth Foundation for nine years, providing economically disadvantaged youth a free residential summer camp experience. Interesting fact: I auditioned for the movie Role Models.
My favorite thing about working at Make-A-Wish Arizona: Every single day, I walk into work inspired. Make-A-Wish Arizona brings hope and joy to Arizona children and families with critical illnesses going through some of the most challenging of situations. I’m so grateful to work with this team and to have the opportunity to play a role in creating incredible wish experiences for our Make-A-Wish Arizona families.
My wish would be: This is a tough one! My wish would be to either perform onstage with Neil Patrick Harris or to create a basketball camp in the Arizona community with Phoenix Suns legend Steve Nash.
